DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
The user can purchase the products presented in our online store. They will be sent after payment has been received and depending on the quantity of product ordered, stock and demand at the moment, within 4 to 6 working days within Portugal *. Orders abroad (Europe), will be sent as agreed with the customer via email. The customer should take into account that this is a small artisanal chocolate factory, strongly conditioned by seasonal demand.
Shipments are made from Monday to Thursday by CTT (Portugal and Europe) or by carrier (Portugal, from November to April - depending on the outside temperature). In case the temperatures are too high, we reserve the right not to accept the order, or delay the order if the customer is willing to wait the necessary days until the conditions are more favorable. The customer is notified when he will receive the order, and someone will have to be at the address to receive it (this means that it must be possible to use a door bell or knock on the door in addition to providing a cell phone number) or give directions where leave the order. The customer may also choose that the order is sent by registered CTT, in this case, if it is not received or cannot be placed in the post box because its size, you will receive a notice from the post office and can pick up the order next day at the CTT station nearest to your address. In this case, if it takes more than one day to pick up your order, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the product.
We accept returns only if the product has been damaged during transport, which has to be proven with a photograph when opening the order. In this case, the same reference will be sent again or, if you no longer want the product, we will refund the amount paid for the product and shipping.
* These conditions do not include periods prior to Christmas and Easter, when shipping times may be longer.
